R. Bruce Matthews
R. Bruce Matthews, PhD, is a Board Member of the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board and has more than thirty years experience in nuclear technologies with a primary focus on special nuclear materials, weapons plutonium, and nuclear reactor fuels. He earned his BS in Metallurgy from Penn Sate, an MS in Materials Science from the University of Denver and his PhD in Materials Science from the University of Wales.
