Majmedin (Najm) Meshkati
Majmedin (Najm) Meshkati, PhD. is Associate Professor of Civil/Environmental Engineering and Associate Professor of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Southern California. Meshkati’s research and practice are concerned with the human, organizational and regulatory factors affecting the safety and operation of large-scale, complex, technological systems (e.g. nuclear power, chemical processing, and aviation). Meshkati simultaneously received his BS in engineering and BA in Political Science from sheriff (Asya Meher) University of Technology and Shahid Beheshti University and his MS and PhD. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California.
